COMMON QUESTIONS:

How much notice do you need for an order?

We ask for at least 48-hour notice for personal orders. (Please take in account your order is freshly made and items must be sourced, shopped and preparation time.) Graze tables, corporate orders, XL Social and XXL Gathering boards require at least 2 weeks' notice, though it is best to reserve your date as far in advance as possible. If you are within two weeks of your event, please use the Contact Us page for availability or email info@thegrazegenie.com 

 

Can I make a special request? 

Of course! We want to be sure you love your board, so please let us know if there is something special, you're hoping to see on there! We will always do our best to accommodate most dietary needs from gluten free, dairy free to vegan. Some requests may incur an additional charge. Add a note to your order for minor changes on the checkout page or submit a custom request for something completely different by clicking Contact Us.

Is the board included?

Yes, depending on your option it can be either Biodegradable or Premium Box or Tray.

 

Have an allergy or special diet. Can I still order?

Yes, you can. Please contact us directly for allergy concerns or special diet request at info@thegrazegenie.com. FOOD ALLERGY NOTICE: Our products are manufactured in a facility that may contain traces of soy, dairy, wheat, tree nuts and peanuts. TGG will do its best when preparing arrangements however cross contamination cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate allergy requests. 

 

What is your refund / cancellation policy?

Your bill must be paid in full before your order date. The Graze Genie does not provide refunds. If an event comes up where you need to cancel your order, your account will be credited to use at a later date. All corporate events please refer to your original order contract regarding refunds and cancellation.

 

Where do you deliver?

Currently only offering contactless delivery at this time. We are based in Roselle, NJ and delivery rates are calculated from there.  Delivery within the Borough of Roselle is $5. Delivery within 10 miles of Roselle is $10, 15 miles -$15, travel over 15 miles. Please send a message on our Contact Us page if you are outside of this delivery range but are interested in ordering for an event.

How long will your boards stay fresh?

We recommend enjoying your board on the same day as delivery. All orders are beautifully wrapped and can last up to 24-36 hours if refrigerated. However, we know that sometimes you need your order a day in advance. If that's the case, just add a note to your order so we can wrap your crackers/breads separately to keep them fresh.

 

I'd like to travel with my board, is that possible?

Yes! Who doesn't want a graze board ready to enjoy when they arrive at their destination?! Please add a note to your order, and we will package it extra securely, so things don't shift in travel. We just ask that you travel with it in your cooler to keep everything fresh!Â
