TGG Delivery Policy

*Currently available for DELIVERY ONLY within a 15-mile radius (delivery fees based on location). Special requests and/or dietary restrictions must be confirmed at time of booking. Complete the comments section on the checkout form. To order or have questions, email info@thegrazegenie.com 

*****Delivery times are not guaranteed due to traffic, weather conditions, etc. If you require an exact delivery time, we recommend that you contact us to arrange delivery. All delivery orders will be delivered on the day and the time you arrange at purchase.

Please note that all our items are perishable, they need to be refrigerated as soon as received. We are not responsible for products that are delivered if someone is not home to accept the delivery. *

A person must be available at the delivery location during the delivery window to receive the order.  

- We are based in Roselle, NJ and delivery rates are calculated from there. (Please allow up to 1 hour delivery window from your appointment time for delivery which will be confirmed via text/call/email) 

- Delivery within the Borough of Roselle is $5.

- Delivery within 10 miles of Roselle is $10, 15 miles -$15, travel over 15 miles is outside of our delivery range. 

- Please Contact Us if you are outside of this delivery range but are interested in ordering for an event.

- The board is yours to keep depending on your order selection. Please Note the "XL SOCIAL BOARD or XXL GATHERING BOARD” are for rental ONLY and need to be returned with in 3 days of the event. We can arrange pick up /drop off time. If not returned within 3 days, you will be charged a $50 late fee.
